Scope of Work - Draft a document to outline the requirements, goals, timelines, deliver

Contracting & Procurement - Once a vendor has been selected, we will work with your procurement and accounting teams to negotiate the final contract.
Onboarding - Work with the necessary internal resources to begin vendor services according to the contract.

Develop communication and training plans to ensure successful project adoption and implementation.

Following the communication, training, and change management plans work with the vendor to utilize the service from the vendor.

Support contract renewals, renegotiations, transitions or vendor offboarding.
Offboarding and Disentanglement - Work with internal teams to plan for the end of a contract or service.

Technical reviews, this can be done via Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review progress and metrics.
Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with leadership. Continuous review of service offering changes and enhancements available for leaders to consider and plan future changes.
Metrics and KPI development of metrics for tracking
Performance and SLA monitoring. Create a plan for the vendor to ensure that the contract is followed and results are achieved.
