Vendor Management

Vendor Assessment

  • Vendor Selection - Select vendors based on thorough review of proposals. This can include proof of concepts, committee evaluation, demonstrations, and interviews.  
  • Scoring - Scoring of each eligible proposal for review by leadership and procurement teams can be developed to ensure a fair and competitive process.
  • Requirements Gathering  - Work with your teams to identify, document, and manage stakeholder needs. 
  • Scope of Work - Draft a document to outline the requirements, goals, timelines, deliver

Vendor Onboarding

  • Contracting & Procurement - Once a vendor has been selected, we will work with your procurement and accounting teams to negotiate the final contract.
  • Onboarding - Work with the necessary internal resources to begin vendor services according to the contract.

Change Management

Develop communication and training plans to ensure successful project adoption and implementation. 

Deployment

Following the communication, training, and change management plans work with the vendor to utilize the service from the vendor.

Renewal, Readiness & Exit Planning

  • Support contract renewals, renegotiations, transitions or vendor offboarding.
  • Offboarding and Disentanglement - Work with internal teams to plan for the end of a contract or service.

Vendor Governance Framework Development

  • Technical reviews, this can be done via Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review progress and metrics. 
  • Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with leadership. Continuous review of service offering changes and enhancements available for leaders to consider and plan future changes.
  • Metrics and KPI development of metrics for tracking
  • Performance and SLA monitoring. Create a plan for the vendor to ensure that the contract is followed and results are achieved.
